Sunflower Sunset II
Heads bowed to the horizon in silent farewell to the sinking sun. The largest of natures crop flowers stand proudly side by side in a sea of bright yellow across our view. Looking like miniature suns themselves and carrying their precious seeded heads on tall straight stems of emerald green these impressive plants nearly reach our own height.
The horizon is streaked pale pinks and mauve as the night is claiming the day, the air turns cooler and that magical time of transition is upon us. Drink in this magnificent sight of country charm, wide open skies and gorgeous colours to tickle the senses, a paradise for the eyes.
