A wafting gentle breeze ripples the waters surface on its way to meet us from across the cold glassy Lake Burley Griffin. A new day is dawning and the sun slowly stretches it long golden rays to greet the Australian Capital slowly waking afresh from sleep.
A perfect clear blue sky holds the magical sight of Balloonists hovering about the city shoreline, hanging in tandem they take in the magnificent landscape and in turn create a spectacular view for us as well. Reflected back across the shimmering water they unassumingly compliment the warm golden autumn hues of the shoreline trees and the cold blue tones of the sky and water. A match made in the heavens.
