Millau Viaduct

Crossing the river Tarn in southern France is an exciting and slightly daunting experience on the tallest bridge in the world. With spectacular view out over the valley as we pass over you can only marvel at the engineering feat accomplished with the construction of such an amazing structure.

The cable stays appear like sails in the cloud filed sky, the massive round support legs lined up along the valley floor resemble tree trunks in a planted forest.  Let's go back and cross again!
