New York, New York III
Sitting where the Hudson River meets the Atlantic Ocean New York City with Manhattan at it's core is a densely populated borough that’s among the world’s major commercial, financial and cultural centres.
Its iconic skyscrapers such as the Empire State Building and one without any windows at all tower into the sky in shimmering spectacles of wealth and power. The Big Apple actually became the first capital of the United States back in 1789 although this only lasted for one year. With a birth in the city every 4 minutes it's now home to 8.623 million people making it the largest city in the US by more than double.
