Like soldiers standing guard, the silos stand tall and stern, protecting their golden treasure from the elements of weather and thieving marsupials. After a plentiful harvest, they stand proudly awaiting the carriages which will cart their wares to market.
The aged tree boughs stretch out to soften the grey cement of the silo walls, but even the well-established tree is dwarfed against the mighty silos. The soft clouds float overhead, shading your eyes, so you can pause to appreciate the towering cannisters up close. A summer shower is no threat now that the grain is safely stored.
