In Canada's bitter cold we stand high above the gushing waters of the Fraser River as it winds its way across the harsh landscape in search of the sea. Twisting to find the path of least resistance it has cut a deep channel of churning muddy waters with its mighty power. This is the scene of the gold rush, a rich history and colourful past, of dreams and hopes and hours of toil in rugged hostile conditions.
Today the sun shines down brightly upon us through the cloud filled sky, in the distance this mountainous land rises and falls on the horizon. A lonely landscape, so epic in proportion that it makes is feel isolated and a touch pioneering in our visit. A frontier of exotic wilderness to explore, adventure awaits, let's go discover more.
