Flowing north from Lake Erie to Lake Ontario The Niagara River is a river that forms part of the border between the province of Ontario in Canada and the state of New York in the United States. A series of Falls sit on the American and Canadian border, the largest is Horseshoe Falls, also known as Canadian Falls, which straddles the international border between Canada and the United States. The smaller American Falls and Bridal Veil Falls lie entirely within the United States.
A beautiful site in the autumn days of change, the brightly coloured leaves turning golden with the shortening days of cooling weather. The crystal clear rushes on, down from it's lofty mountain peaks on it's ceaseless journey to the sea.
