Canadain Rockies
As the Bow River winds its way through the pointed pine forests, edged in white banks of frozen snow the vast landscape is especially quite under its winter blanket. Muffling noises near or far the powdery coating absorbs any footstep or eagles cry, life is hibernating through winter and everything seems to stand still.
Even the giant sentinels on the horizon sleep under their brilliant white caps, time appears to have frozen still with the earth in this northern capsule of mother natures majestic beauty.
